How Appspringhub handles personal data from website visitors and review clients.
Data controller

Data we collect
- Contact form: name, email, selected review offer, and message content.
- Email and phone correspondence: whatever you choose to send.
- Engagement materials: operational and technical information needed to perform a review, which may incidentally include personal data if present in samples you provide. Please minimise personal data in samples.
- Technical logs: standard server or hosting logs such as IP address and browser type, if enabled by our host.
Purposes
We process data to respond to inquiries, perform contracted reviews, improve our field notes based on aggregate topics (not identifiable patients), and meet legal obligations in Malaysia.
Lawful basis
Where the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) applies, we rely on your consent for marketing-style communications (which we rarely send), contractual necessity for paid engagements, and legitimate interests for securing the website and answering inbound requests.
Retention
Inquiry messages are kept up to 24 months after the last correspondence unless a longer period is required for an active quote. Engagement files are retained for up to 36 months after delivery, then deleted or anonymised, unless tax or dispute obligations require longer storage. Credential secrets are removed after delivery.
Your rights
Subject to Malaysian law, you may request access, correction, or limits on processing of your personal data, and withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Email info@appspringhub.click with “Privacy request” in the subject. We respond within a reasonable period.
International transfers
Our primary operations are in Malaysia. If a subprocessors or email provider stores data outside Malaysia, we take reasonable contractual and technical steps appropriate to the transfer. We do not sell personal data.
Children
This site is aimed at pharmacy and care professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
