Terms of use

These terms govern use of appspringhub.click and engagements with Appspringhub.

Acceptance

By browsing this website or confirming a written scope for an Appspringhub review, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or engage our services.

Services described

Pages describing Pharmacy App Analytics Review, Care App Journey Audit, Instrumentation Health Check, and related assessments are informational. A binding engagement exists only after both parties accept a written scope and fee.

Intellectual property

Site content, field notes, and deliverables produced by Appspringhub remain our intellectual property until assigned in a signed statement of work. Clients receive a licence to use delivered briefs internally for their pharmacy or care operations. You may not republish our briefs as your own marketing material without permission.

Client materials

You retain ownership of app credentials, event inventories, and operational data you share. We use them only to perform the agreed review and delete access credentials after delivery unless a written retention agreement says otherwise.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Malaysian law, Appspringhub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or business interruption, arising from website use or from decisions you make after reading a review brief. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

Our reviews address measurement and operational interpretation of pharmacy and care app analytics. They are not medical, pharmaceutical, or legal advice and do not replace PDPA counsel or clinical governance.

Website accuracy

We aim to keep rates and offer descriptions current. Errors may occur; confirm fees in writing before paying a deposit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or from engagements with Appspringhub, unless a statement of work specifies another forum for that engagement only.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
